Refund and Returns Policy
At Candelitas, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@candelitas.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding any shipping charges.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@candelitas.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@candelitas.com.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process once you receive the item.
